SIGNS
Due to constant violations, we will post sign information on the inside cover of every issue of the LAKE CURRENTS newsletter.
Our covenantsof deed restrict signs in the community to one (1) FOR SALE or FOR RENT sign of not greater than five (5) square feet in front of the property being so offered. No provisions are provided for any other signs without specific ACC written approval.
Temporary signs advertising OPEN HOUSEs only during the time of the actual open house may be posted todirect prospective buyers. Personal event signs may be posted, if removed directly after the event. One political yard sign is allowed during the political campaign season. Political signs may not be posted along the main road right of ways of the community.
NO signs may be posted in any community landscaped areas, nailed to trees or attached to any of the community signs. Signs so found will be removed immediately.
Golden Eagle has a stricter requirement of sandblasted wood signs only. No metal signs may be posted. No political yard signs may be posted.
