The Board of Directors is elected by the General Membership (property owners in Killearn Lakes) each fall. If you are interested in having your name placed in nomination please contact the KLHOA Office at 668-3231.
Board Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. Seating is limited at the KLHOA Office so please call in advance if you wish to attend or if you have a specific agenda item.
To better accommodate all residents, the Board holds four "town hall" style meetings each year. These are held on the third Monday in February, May, and August, and on a Saturday in October (date to be announced). These meeting are held at Deer Lake Middle School at 7:00 PM so that all members can attend. Please try to attend these community meetings as they are a great way to find out what is going on and meet some of your neighbors.
